You may have tried breathing exercises, meditation apps, even therapy. Some of it helped for a while. But the thing underneath — the pattern, the wiring, the part of you that learned to be afraid — is still running.

How we work with anxiety differently

Most approaches to anxiety manage symptoms from the outside. We work from the inside.

In hypnosis, we access the subconscious patterns that drive anxious responses — not to override them, but to understand what they’re protecting. Anxiety almost always started as a survival strategy. At some point, it was the right response. The problem is that it’s still running long after the original threat has passed.

Our approach creates the conditions for your nervous system to update itself. Not through force or willpower, but through a felt sense of safety that lets the old pattern release.

This isn’t about learning to “cope better.” It’s about genuinely not needing to cope anymore.

What to expect

Your first session begins with a conversation — no clipboard, no checklist. We talk about what anxiety looks like in your life, when it started, and what you’ve already tried. This helps us understand the pattern before we work with it.

The hypnotic work is gentler than you expect. You remain aware throughout. What shifts is your relationship to the anxious thoughts — they lose their grip, not because you fight them, but because the part of you generating them finally feels safe enough to stop.

Most clients notice a difference after 2–3 sessions. Some experience a shift in the first. We work at whatever pace your system needs.

Common questions

Will hypnotherapy work if I’ve tried everything else? Often, yes — precisely because hypnosis reaches the layers that talk therapy and cognitive techniques don’t. If the anxiety is held in the body or in patterns below conscious awareness, this is the modality designed to meet it there.

What if I can’t relax enough to be hypnotized? Anxious minds are often the best hypnotic subjects. The constant internal activity means you’re already skilled at focusing attention — we just redirect where that focus goes.

How many sessions will I need? Typically 3–6 sessions for anxiety, though some clients find significant relief sooner. We reassess together after each session.

Can sessions be done online? Yes. Online sessions are just as effective for anxiety work. Many clients prefer the comfort of their own space.
