Integrated Hypnosis · Antwerp & Brussels

Nothing to repair. Everything to remember.

An integrated hypnosis practice in Antwerp and Brussels — helping you return to the parts of yourself you've kept quiet, with respect, presence, and all the time it takes.

The practice

We don't work to fix you. We create the conditions in which your own system remembers what it already knew.

Hypnosis, here, is not performance. Not tricks, not influence, not persuasion. It's a containment field — quiet enough that the parts of you still holding can finally set it down.

Slower than you expect. Deeper than you think.

Before you book — listen

A twelve-minute containment, on us.

Press play. Use headphones if you can. This is the opening session we give every new client — a slow, deliberate settling of the nervous system. No setup, no exercise, no homework. Just fifteen breaths deeper than the last fifteen.

How the work unfolds

Four steps, over weeks or months — never forced. Each one is its own container, and each one is optional.

  1. 01

    A free discovery call

Twenty minutes, no pressure. You describe what's bringing you here; we check that this practice is the right fit and talk through what sessions actually feel like.

  2. 02

    The intake

Ninety minutes together. History, context, the shape of what you're working with. By the end we have a map — and often, the first real shift.

  3. 03

    The work

Sessions of 75–90 minutes, usually every one to three weeks. Hypnosis as containment, integration, somatic listening. Pace led by what you bring, not a template.

  4. 04

    Integration

Between sessions you carry it forward — with the audio work, simple practices, and the breathing room to let change settle. We close when you're ready, not when a package runs out.

Scope of the practice

What we meet with you

Six territories — held on equal footing. Pick the one that names what you're carrying; we'll talk through fit on the discovery call.

From performance to presence

The journey that shaped this practice

I came to hypnosis through its loud front door — rapid inductions, technical dazzle, the craft as an instrument of influence. The real work started when I stopped trying to make things happen to people and started creating the conditions in which their own system could remember.

In their own words

I thought I'd tried everything. What made this different was how slow it was — how much room there was for the parts of me I usually skip over.

M. — Antwerp

It never felt like something was being done to me. It felt like a conversation my body had been waiting to have.

F. — Brussels

Five sessions in, and a habit I'd been fighting for twelve years just — wasn't interesting anymore. Not because it was forbidden. Because it stopped belonging to me.

J. — Ghent

Questions we hear often

No. Hypnosis is not unconsciousness — it's a deeply relaxed, highly attentive state. You're aware of everything, you can open your eyes and speak at any moment, and nothing that contradicts your values can be suggested into you. The portrayals you've seen on stage are a different craft.
We don't treat hypnosis as a trick to install a change. We treat it as a containment field — a held space in which your own system can metabolise what's been stuck, integrate what's been split off, and remember what it already knew. The approach is rooted in the work of David Marius, adapted through years of practice.
It depends on what you bring. Simple habit patterns often resolve in 3–5 sessions. Deeper integration work — trauma, long-held patterns, identity-level shifts — usually runs 8–14 sessions over several months. We check in at every step, and you close when you're ready.
Yes, absolutely. Everything discussed in a session stays between us. Notes are stored locally and encrypted. We'll go through a simple written agreement in your first full session.
English and Dutch are fluent with Tim. Damien works in French and English. We can switch mid-session if helpful — the unconscious doesn't mind language changes.
Some work translates well to video — regulation, integration, certain somatic pieces. For deeper trauma work we prefer to be in the room together. We'll figure out the right mix on the discovery call.
