I thought I'd tried everything. What made this different was how slow it was — how much room there was for the parts of me I usually skip over.
Integrated Hypnosis · Antwerp & Brussels
Nothing to repair. Everything to remember.
An integrated hypnosis practice in Antwerp and Brussels — helping you return to the parts of yourself you've kept quiet, with respect, presence, and all the time it takes.
The practice
We don't work to fix you. We create the conditions in which your own system remembers what it already knew.
Hypnosis, here, is not performance. Not tricks, not influence, not persuasion. It's a containment field — quiet enough that the parts of you still holding can finally set it down.
Slower than you expect. Deeper than you think.
Before you book — listen
A twelve-minute containment, on us.
Press play. Use headphones if you can. This is the opening session we give every new client — a slow, deliberate settling of the nervous system. No setup, no exercise, no homework. Just fifteen breaths deeper than the last fifteen.
How the work unfolds
Four steps, over weeks or months — never forced. Each one is its own container, and each one is optional.
- 01
A free discovery call
Twenty minutes, no pressure. You describe what's bringing you here; we check that this practice is the right fit and talk through what sessions actually feel like.
- 02
The intake
Ninety minutes together. History, context, the shape of what you're working with. By the end we have a map — and often, the first real shift.
- 03
The work
Sessions of 75–90 minutes, usually every one to three weeks. Hypnosis as containment, integration, somatic listening. Pace led by what you bring, not a template.
- 04
Integration
Between sessions you carry it forward — with the audio work, simple practices, and the breathing room to let change settle. We close when you're ready, not when a package runs out.
What we meet with you
Six territories — held on equal footing. Pick the one that names what you're carrying; we'll talk through fit on the discovery call.
Anxiety & Emotional Wellness
Chronic overactivation, the hum that won't switch off, the tension that travels. Regulate first — then work.
02Habits & Patterns
Smoking, drinking, scrolling, numbing. We don't strong-arm the habit; we meet the part it's protecting.
03Trauma
Somatic, stored, pre-verbal. Slow, contained, body-respecting. Not re-telling the event — re-integrating what it left behind.
04Relationships
Attachment patterns, conflict loops, the reactive parts. Work on the inner conditions that shape the outer ones.
05Intimacy & Wholeness
Desire, pleasure, shame, shutdown. Named honestly, without voyeurism or explicit scripts — because meeting these parts is where the work lives.
06Integration & Self-Discovery
For people who've done the work and want to deepen it. Hypnosis as a meeting-place with the parts you haven't spoken with yet.
From performance to presence
The journey that shaped this practice
I came to hypnosis through its loud front door — rapid inductions, technical dazzle, the craft as an instrument of influence. The real work started when I stopped trying to make things happen to people and started creating the conditions in which their own system could remember.
