Terms of
service
Last updated: April 2026. Plain language wherever we can, and precise where we must be.
About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Free Mind website (free-mind.be) and the hypnotherapy services provided by Tim Saenen and Damien Delhaye. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Free Mind provides hypnotherapy sessions for personal development, well-being, and therapeutic purposes. Our services are complementary to — not a replacement for — medical or psychological care. We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any medical or psychiatric condition.
If you are currently under the care of a doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist, we recommend informing them that you are exploring hypnotherapy. We are happy to work alongside other practitioners.
Booking & cancellation
Sessions are booked through our online booking system (Cal.com). By booking, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide notice of cancellation.
Cancellation policy. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee at our discretion. We understand that emergencies happen and will always try to be reasonable.
Free discovery calls. These are complimentary and carry no obligation. You may cancel without penalty.
Pricing & payment
Current session prices are listed on our website. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed through Mollie or Stripe at the time of booking or at the session, depending on the arrangement.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future sessions. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect sessions already booked.
Confidentiality
Everything discussed during your sessions is strictly confidential. We will not share any information about you or your sessions with third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law (e.g., if there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others).
If you choose to provide a testimonial or consent to video publication, this is governed by a separate consent form and can be withdrawn at any time.
Informed consent
By attending a hypnotherapy session, you acknowledge that:
You are participating voluntarily and may end a session at any time. Hypnotherapy involves accessing a relaxed, focused state of awareness — you remain conscious and in control throughout. Results vary between individuals, and we make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or emergency services.
Eligibility
Our services are available to adults (18+). We do not provide hypnotherapy to minors. If you have a diagnosed psychiatric condition (such as psychosis, severe dissociative disorders, or active suicidal ideation), please consult your treating physician before booking a session.
Online sessions
Online sessions are conducted via video call. You are responsible for ensuring a private, quiet environment and a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end, though we will always try to reschedule if a session is disrupted.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, images, audio recordings, and the guided hypnosis session — is the property of Free Mind. You may listen to the guided audio for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially use any of our content without written permission.
Recording policy
Sessions are not recorded by default. If either party wishes to record a session (audio or video), explicit written consent from both parties must be obtained beforehand.
Limitation of liability
Free Mind provides hypnotherapy services in good faith, with professional care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific session in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
